Is CrossFit for me?

The most common question we get asked revolves around fear. Am I good enough for CrossFit? Can I really handle it? Will I fail? The answers are yes, yes, and yes. CrossFit is a mental challenge just as much as a physical one. You might fail and that is ok because in our community, there is no growth without failure. But to get there you must take the first step. Choose not to let fear determine your fate. 

Remember the first time you jumped off the diving board? CrossFit is like that. It's scary at first and you're not sure how that first jump will feel. But once you let go and take the leap, the fear disappears and there's no going back...
