The gym will be closed Saturday...I will be attending a class for endurance training...I'm sure you are all excited for me to practice on you! Hahaha!

 

If you want a home wod, here you go!

 

AMRAP 10

 

5 rounds

10 squats

10 pushups

10 situps

 

 

AMRAP burpees in time remaining.

 

Set a clock/timer for 10 minutes.

 

Then do 5 rounds of pushups, situps and squats.

In the time that is remaining after you complete the 5 rounds, do as many burpees as possible in the time remaining.

 

The number of burpees that you complete is your score.
