This is a team workout that some of our women will be completing at a competition in February! Let's give them an opportunity to practice against some really great competition in our box!

15-12-9 Squats Burpees to a plate
3.3:
3 Rounds 80 SU 48′ OH kettlebell lunge (12k)
One partner to complete max calorie row while the other partner is completing their workout.
