Saturday February 11th

I have a few reminders that i want to share with you!

First, remember that we have two teams competing in the A League of Their Own Challenge at Mission CrossFit in San Antonio! Wish Cass, Cami, Alaisha, Kara, Nat and Morgan luck! I know they will represent CFBA well!

Second, remember that tomorrow is an intro workout day! Feel free to attend class at 9 am and bring a friend! Remember that we have an entry for a drawing for a free month for every friend that you bring!

Thirdly, tomorrow is the last day to sign up for a possible river trip to the Guadalupe River from August 4-6. At this point, there are not enough people signed up to plan the trip. If you are holding off because you are not sure what is going on that weekend, sign up for the trip! You can make that the something that you have going on that weekend!!!!

This workout is another open workout from the past. As we continue to prep for the open this year, I want to expose you to open workouts and give you an idea of what to expect in open workouts. If you have not signed up for the open yet.....sign up!!! This is a great opportunity to measure your fitness, as well as have some fun with our family. There are going to be more details forthcoming, but I hope that you will be completing open workouts with us at the gym on Friday evenings! We will be having some fun and hanging out, testing our fitness!


Open workout 15.4

Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of: 3 handstand push-ups 3 cleans 6 handstand push-ups 3 cleans 9 handstand push-ups 3 cleans 12 handstand push-ups 6 cleans 15 handstand push-ups 6 cleans 18 handstand push-ups 6 cleans 21 handstand push-ups 9 cleans Etc., adding 3 reps to the handstand push-up each round, and 3 reps to the clean every 3 rounds.

Men clean 185 lb. Women clean 125 lb.
