This is the last open workout for the year! Remember that you are welcome to perform this workout at CFBA in the morning, but we will be doing this workout at CrossFit Abilene in the evening. Come join us, have fun, meet new people and see what you can do with a whole new group pushing you! It will be a lot of fun! Food and beverages after!
We will also do this workout on Saturday morning as well, if you would prefer to do it then. I love you all and am so proud of the work that you have all put in. This has been very challenging for all of you, but you have performed so well! Congratulations on a great open!
Remember as well that there will be a nutrition seminar at CFBA at 9 am! Come and learn about the paleo diet from Dessire Armstrong! We will be going over the details of the paleo challenge as well. I would like to have as many people welcoming Dessire as posssible! Let's let her know what family is like at CFBA.
