Congratulations! You made it to the last 3 days of the paleo challenge! I realize that the google doc says that it ends today, but we will be continuing thru the 3rd. We are retesting our benchmark workouts that we completed before the paleo challenge to see how our diet affects our performance. Have fun and compare these times/scores to the ones we did 4 weeks ago!
