This is a special workout across CrossFit on Memorial Day. This is to honor the memory of Michael Murphy, who died while serving his country in Afghanistan. Although we typically perform "Murph", this is an opportunity to remember all who have died while serving our country. We will be doing a few things different tomorrow. I would like you to be at the gym between 9:30 and 9:40 so that we can warm up and be sure that we are ready to go by 10:00. We will be grilling hamburgers and hot dogs, playing redneck games and hanging out after the workout. BYOB! Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow and completing this classic workout with you all!
P.S. Please do not be intimidated by this workout! We will be scaling this workout for anyone who needs it. There is no shame in scaling a workout!
