This is a new concept that I came up with... Very different from what we normally do. It is a partner competition rather than team....Come try it out!

Competition #1

Person 1: Row 1000m

Person 2: Accumulate as many Tire flip jump overs as possible in the the time that person 1 is rowing

Competition #2

Person 1: 50 Thrusters (95/65)

Person 2: Accumulate as many burpees as possible in the time that person 1 is completing thrusters.
