As a team, row 100 calories for time


Immediately following Event 2, with a running clock, athletes will proceed to their Concept 2 rowing machine and start to accumulate calories until 120 (100 for scaled division) calories are completed. Athletes must row in the same order that they completed Event 2 in. Furthermore, males will row 35 (30 for scaled) calories each and females will row 25 (20 for scaled) calories each. Each male and female must row the total amount of their allotted calories before switching athletes on the ergometer.
