Ready to Get Strong? Here's How
This week, we are talking about something that many people want in their lives....strength.
I get the pleasure of meeting MANY people. So many times they want to learn how to be stronger. There may be many reasons that they are interested in this goal. Maybe they want to depend on others for help less, sometimes they want to be better at some of their recreational activities....sometimes they want to help their friends move more easily? (Said no one ever!)
However, people are usually very confused as to what to do. How do they make themselves stronger? What should they do? How often should they do it?
So, what should you do?
The first step in ANY plan, should be to start!
The best time to start is yesterday! The next best time to start is TODAY!
The first step in your plan should be to start! You don't have to know it all, but you will learn more as you go!
The goal of any strength program should be to build strength over a long period of time, so that you can do it safely and will continue to maintain your strength for anything that you need!
As we go through the week, you will learn more tips to get you started on your strength journey. Remember this, the most important step is to start!
